The Human Values and Professional Ethics Committee aims to promote a culture of integrity, empathy, and ethical conduct within the institution. The committee plays a vital role in sensitizing students, faculty, and staff to the importance of core human values and ethical behaviour in both personal and professional life. Its primary goal is to encourage students and staff to uphold high moral standards and contribute positively to society. It also advises on ethical issues within the institution and supports the development of a responsible and inclusive campus.
Objective:
To promote awareness of human values and ethical conduct among students, faculty, and staff.
To encourage the inclusion of ethics and values in the academic curriculum and campus activities.
To organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and discussions on topics related to ethics, integrity, and human values.
To encourage students and staff to practice honesty, responsibility, respect, and empathy in daily life and professional settings.
To provide guidance on resolving ethical dilemmas and making value-based decisions.
To promote a campus environment that supports inclusivity, fairness, and social responsibility.
To inspire students to engage in community service and socially impactful activities.
To offer recommendations on ethical practices and handle value-related concerns or grievances within the institution.
